2.2 Permissions & Authentication

  • OAuth Access Tokens: Required to post content and retrieve analytics.
  • Granted Permissions: Such as pages_manage_posts, pages_show_list, or other permissions required for API integration.

2.3 Social Media Activity

  • Posts, tweets, or updates published through AsliERP.
  • Engagement data (likes, comments, shares, impressions) retrieved via social media APIs.

2.4 Technical Information

  • IP Address, device details, and browser type.
  • Log data related to API requests and errors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate & Connect Social Media Accounts securely.
  • Post & Schedule Content on behalf of users.
  • Fetch & Display Social Media Analytics for performance tracking.
  • Enhance User Experience by improving the integration features.
  • Ensure Security & Compliance with third-party API policies.

4. How We Share Your Information

AsliERP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. However, we may share your information in the following cases:

  • With Authorized Users in your organization for collaboration.
  • With Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) as required for API operations.
  • For Legal Compliance (e.g., responding to legal requests or preventing fraud).

  • OAuth Tokens expire automatically based on platform policies.
