Welcome to AsliERP!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AsliERP, including its Social Media Integration Module, and any other services provided by AsliERP (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using AsliERP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Definitions

  • “AsliERP” refers to the ERP system and software provided by AsliTech (SMC-Private) Limited.
  • “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using AsliERP.
  • “Social Media Integration” refers to AsliERP’s ability to connect with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • “Content” refers to posts, messages, media, or any other information shared using AsliERP.
  • “Third-Party Services” refer to external social media platforms, APIs, and other services AsliERP connects to.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • ✔ Confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • ✔ Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • ✔ Consent to the use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • ✔ Are responsible for maintaining account security.

If you are using AsliERP on behalf of a company, you agree that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must register an account to use AsliERP and its Social Media Module.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and protecting your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect unauthorized activity or breaches of these Terms.

4. Use of AsliERP Services

You agree to:

  • ✔ Use AsliERP only for lawful purposes.
  • ✔ Ensure that all content posted via social media integrations complies with applicable laws.
  • ✔ Not attempt to hack, exploit, or misuse AsliERP’s software or services.
  • ✔ Not use automated tools or bots to spam, scrape, or exploit the system.

Violations of these conditions may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

5. Social Media Integrations & API Usage

5.1 Connecting Your Social Media Accounts

  • You can connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) via OAuth authentication.
  • You are responsible for managing your API credentials securely.
  • AsliERP does not store your passwords but stores encrypted access tokens for API connections.

5.2 Posting to Social Media

  • You authorize AsliERP to post content on your behalf when using the Social Media Module.
  • AsliERP is not responsible for any content you post using our platform.
  • Your posts must comply with the policies of the respective social media platforms:

6.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you create or post via AsliERP.
  • You grant AsliERP a limited license to process and transmit content as required for social media posting.
  • You must ensure your content complies with copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Prohibited Content

  • 🚫 Contains hate speech, threats, or illegal activities.
  • 🚫 Distributes false or misleading information.
  • 🚫 Promotes violence, terrorism, or discrimination.

7. Data Privacy & Security

✔ AsliERP follows strict data protection measures to keep your information safe.

✔ You can delete your data at any time by contacting support.

✔ We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

📌 AsliERP is provided “as-is” without guarantees or warranties.

📌 We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or disruptions caused by third-party APIs (e.g., Facebook API failures).
  • Loss of social media access due to platform policy changes.
  • Unauthorized use of your account.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

📌 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

📌 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Pakistan.
