Mind Matters is a youth-led mental-health awareness and support initiative designed to help young people understand emotions, manage stress, challenge stigma and find appropriate support.

Project focus

The initiative is being implemented in Thul Town, District Jacobabad, Sindh, Pakistan. It prioritizes young people living in rural or remote communities, people facing economic hardship, persons with disabilities or chronic illness, displaced people, minority communities, young people at risk and people facing gender-based barriers.

  • Access to counselling and appropriate referrals
