How the Youth Resource Hub collects, uses, stores and protects information.
Information collected
The Hub may collect information submitted through contact and expert-question forms, basic anonymous website analytics, resource-download events and administrator activity logs. The Hub does not intentionally collect clinical records, identity documents, financial information or detailed counselling disclosures.
Purpose
Information is used to respond to inquiries, moderate expert questions, improve resources, maintain security, measure project reach and meet reporting obligations.
Analytics
The Hub records the requested page, language, general device category, referring website and a daily anonymized visitor code. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table.
Children and young people
Young people should not submit unnecessary personal information. When safeguarding action is required, information may be shared only with responsible persons or services necessary to protect safety and comply with law.
Retention and access
Authorized project staff may access submitted information according to their role. Records should be retained only as long as needed for response, safeguarding, legal or reporting requirements and then securely deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to safeguarding and legal obligations. Contact the project through the official contact page.
