How ARS works
PY's Accountability and Response System (ARS) is how we make sure every voice reaches the right team - community members, beneficiaries, staff and partners can all raise a concern or share feedback, in confidence.

What to expect

Routine 5-10 working days General feedback, suggestions and compliments.

Moderate 3-5 working days Complaints that need review and a direct response.

Critical Acknowledged in 24 hours, resolved in 72 hours Safeguarding concerns and urgent grievances.
