Trainer (Male/Female) – Basic Vocational & Market Skills for Youth

Peace by Youth (PY) requires one trainer/consultant for Basic Vocational and Market Skills Training for Youth from Vulnerable Households in District Jacobabad.

Purpose of Assignment

The trainer will support young women and men to connect their existing vocational skills with local markets, digital tools, business planning, self-employment, and income-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate youth-focused training sessions in Sindhi, Urdu, and simple English where required.

Deliver sessions on digital livelihoods, smartphone use for business, e-commerce, market systems, value chains, business planning, costing, pricing, bookkeeping, and digital marketing.

Support youth in preparing simple business plans and market mapping exercises.

Demonstrate WhatsApp Business, Facebook promotion, product photography, and simple digital advertisements.

Support attendance, assessment, photographic documentation, and training reporting.

Required Experience

Experience in youth training, vocational skills, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, business development, market systems, e-commerce, or livelihood programming.

Ability to mentor young people from vulnerable households.

Ability to communicate in Sindhi and Urdu.

Practical knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, digital promotion, and small business tools will be preferred.
