1. About Peace by Youth

Peace by Youth (PY) is a youth-led organization working to strengthen communities by expanding access to knowledge, skills, and opportunities for young people.

2. Opportunity

PY invites qualified trainers/consultants to apply for two Graphic Design and UI/UX Design trainer positions under its TVET training activities in Quetta, Balochistan.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical training in graphic design, visual communication, and digital design.

  • Introduce learners to design principles, typography, colour, layout, and composition.

  • Provide hands-on instruction in appropriate graphic design software.

  • Teach UI/UX fundamentals, user research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles, as relevant to the approved curriculum.

  • Guide participants in developing practical design projects and professional portfolios.

  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assessments, and training reports.

4. Required Profile

Applicants should demonstrate relevant graphic design and/or UI/UX expertise, a strong practical portfolio, and the ability to deliver competency-based training. Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and real-world design workflows is desirable.

5. Assignment Details

  • Location: Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.

  • Engagement: Consultancy.

  • Positions available: 2.
