1. About Peace by Youth

Peace by Youth (PY) is a youth-led organization committed to empowering young people through knowledge, skills, and opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.

2. Opportunity

PY invites applications from qualified makeup artists and vocational trainers for two Makeup Artist trainer positions under its TVET training activities in Quetta, Balochistan.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical, competency-based training in makeup artistry.

  • Teach skin preparation, basic makeup techniques, product selection, colour matching, and appropriate application methods.

  • Demonstrate professional hygiene, sanitation, and safe use of makeup tools and products.

  • Guide learners through supervised practical exercises and skill assessments.

  • Introduce professional client communication, service standards, and customer care.

  • Support learners in developing practical skills for employment, freelancing, or self-employment.

  • Prepare training materials, lesson plans, assessments, attendance records, and progress reports.

4. Required Profile

Applicants should demonstrate practical makeup artistry skills and the ability to train learners through demonstrations and supervised practice. Relevant professional qualifications, a portfolio of completed work, knowledge of hygiene standards, and previous training experience will be considered.

5. Assignment Details

  • Location: Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.

  • Engagement: Consultancy.

  • Positions available: 2.
